Zojuist is Flash Player 16.0.0.257 uitgebracht door producent Adobe. Dit is een reguliere maandelijkse beveiligingsupdate voor de browser-plugin voor Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera en Safari.
In deze uitgave van Flash worden deze keer negen beveiligingslekken dichtgeplakt. De meeste daarvan zijn door medewerkers van Google ontdekt. Ook worden enkele fouten gerepareerd in Flash 16.0.0.257. Onder andere een probleem met de videospeler van CNN wordt opgelost.
