Vuze 4.6.0.0
Vuze 4.6 is uitgekomen. In deze uitgave van de populaire torrent-software is het uiterlijk, en met name de zijbalk, onder handen genomen. Nieuw is het Device playback-menu waar audio- en video-bestanden geconverteerd kunnen worden om direct af te spelen op draagbare apparaten als iPhone, iPad, Android, Xbox en PSP.
Verder zijn de downloads sneller omdat Vuze nu ook overweg kan met het uTP protocol. Ten slotte zijn veel kleine foutjes opgelost en verdere verbeteringen doorgevoerd. In Vuze Plus (de betaalde variant) is een Streaming playback knop toegevoegd waarmee u bestanden die nog gedownload worden al kunt afspelen. Vuze Plus kan bovendien dvd's branden en heeft ingebouwde virusbescherming - eigenschappen die de gratis variant niet kent.
Vuze is te downloaden voor Windows, Mac OS X en Linux. Let bij de installatie op dat u niet de onnodige Vuze toolbar mee-installeert.
