MediaMonkey is een alles-in-een muziekbeheerder en audio- en videospeler. Je kunt er muziek mee converteren, rippen, branden, ordenen, synchroniseren en audio en video afspelen.

MediaMonkey 4.1.0.1692 is maandag uitgebracht. Deze versie van de veelzijdige mediaspeler (die sinds versie 4.0 ook video afspeelt) is compatibel met iOS 7, zodat MediaMonkey nu kan synchroniseren met alle i-apparaten. Ook heeft MediaMonkey een nieuwe skin gekregen en is er nu ondersteuning voor Windows 8 met touch.

Verder is er volledige bi-directionele synchronisatie met MediaMonkey voor Android, is het ophalen van songteksten en albumhoezen verbeterd en zijn er wijzigingen doorgevoerd in UPnP/DLNA (Universal Plug n Play), waardoor je makkelijker andere apparaten in een thuisnetwerk kun benaderen. En ten slotte zijn verschillende kleine fouten gerepareerd.

MediaMonkey 4.1.0 is te downloaden voor Windows XP tot en met 8 en is vertaald in het Nederlands.
