SeaMonkey 2.0.9 is uitgebracht door Mozilla. Dit neefje van Firefox biedt een internet browser, mailprogramma, chat client en html-editor in één. In SeaMonkey 2.0.9 zijn enkele beveilgingsproblemen opgelost en stabiliteitsproblemen verholpen. Met name de mail-component is onder handen genomen.

SeaMonkey is te downloaden voor Windows, Mac OS X en Linux.

SeaMonkey 2.0.7 is uitgebracht. Dit neefje van Firefox komt ook uit de Mozilla-stal en biedt een internet browser, mailprogramma, chat client en html-editor in één. In SeaMonkey 2.0.7 zijn enkele beveiligingslekken gerepareerd, waaronder het DLL-lek in Windows. Ook zijn problemen met Google Groups en de Lightning addon verholpen.

SeaMonkey is te downloaden voor Windows, Mac OS X en Linux.

Browser SeaMonkey 2.0.5 is uitgebracht. Dit neefje van Firefox komt ook uit de Mozilla-stal en biedt een internet browser, mailprogramma, chat client en html-editor in één. In deze versie van SeaMonkey zijn negen beveiligingslekken gerepareerd, waaronder zes ernstige. Verder zijn enkele crashes opgelost, wat met name de mail-component van SeaMonkey stabieler maakt. Ook is het Help-bestand uitgebreid.

In SeaMonkey 2.0.3 zijn veel crashes verholpen en andere kleine fouten opgelost die de stabiliteit van het internet pakket van Mozilla moeten vergroten. Ook zijn problemen met de mail-component opgelost en werkt knippen en plakken beter onder Windows.

SeaMonkey 2.0.3 lost ook vijf beveiligingslekken op. Drie daarvan worden als kritiek bestempeld en twee als gemiddeld.

• Profile migration from 1.x should succeed in more cases on Windows now. (Bug 537525)
• Language packs from 2.0.3 now continue to work with later SeaMonkey 2.0.x versions. (Bug 544096)
• Language packs for all locales now don't include dictionaries to avoid licensing conflicts. Dictionaries should be installed from the dictionary add-ons page instead. (Bug 537481)
• The internal security module has been updated and new certificate authorities were included. (Bug 528277)
• Opening files from the Mac desktop or Finder should now work even when SeaMonkey is already running. (Bug 521699)
