EssentialPIM 5.52 is een nieuwe onderhoudsupdate, die een week na de vorige uitgave verschenen is. Hierin worden onder andere problemen met het synchroniseren met Android en Google diensten opgelost. Ook is de fout verholpen waardoor het niet mogelijk was om bijlagen bij e-mail toe te voegen.

EssentialPIM is te krijgen voor Windows XP t/m 8, Android en iOS en is vertaald in het Nederlands.

EssentialPIM 5.5 is de eerste nieuwe versie van de mail- en agendasoftware sinds een half jaar. In deze uitgave is ondersteuning voor Dropbox toegevoegd. Verder kan EssentialPIM nu synchroniseren met iCloud van Apple en het CalDAV protocol (onder andere ondersteund door Apple iCal en Lightning).

Helaas lijken bovengenoemde online synchronisatie-mogelijkheden alleen beschikbaar voor de betaalde versie van EssentialPIM.

Ook is de synchronisatie met het CardDAV protocol (adresboek dat onder andere door Gmail en Apple gebruikt wordt) en met de Android en iOS apps van EssentialPIM verbeterd.

EssentialPIM Free 5.0.2 is een kleine update waarin de synchronisatie van met Android is verbeterd. En ook de synchronisatie met Google Contacts is beter geworden. Verder zijn diverse kleine fouten verholpen die je hieronder kunt nalezen.

EssentialPIM Free 5.0 is maandag verschenen. Belangrijkste vernieuwing is dat er nu ook apps zijn voor Android en iOS (iPhone/iPad), zodat je altijd - over WIFI - kunt synchroniseren met je telefoon of tablet. De iOS app wacht nog op toelating in de app store, de Android app is al te downloaden.

Andere nieuwe functies in deze uitgave van EssentialPIM Free zijn de mogelijkheid om meerdere smtp-servers te gebruiken voor je mail en je kunt nu een onbeperkt aantal identiteiten in je mail opzetten.

EssentialPIM for Android is available from Google Play Store and also as a direct APK file download
• Added: EssentialPIM counterpart for iPhone/iPad! It provides synchronization between Windows and iOS EPIM over Wi-Fi, as well as additional modules. Following data is synchronized: Calendar, Contacts, To Dos and Passwords (first 2 with internal iOS apps). EssentialPIM for iOS is available via AdHoc distribution so far (pending submission to App Store). To get it, send us a message with your device UDID (How to find iPhone/iPad UDID). Later you you will be able to get it from App Store
