In Winamp 5.572 zijn enkele crashes en geheugenlekken verholpen. Ook zijn kleine verbeteringen doorgevoerd, onder andere aan de de H. 264 decoder. Verder zijn enkele softwarecomponenten geüpdate naar een nieuwere versie.
