Vraag over Gmail
Ik maak net een nieuwe google account aan voor een gmail en krijg meteen een bericht die ik niet snap.

Ik maak het toch aan in NL en niet in ireland ?
Wat mij ook opviel was dat ik telefoon nr. kon overslaan tijdens het aanmaken. vreemd

Toen ik de gmail aanmaakte koos ik
Voor mijn eigen gebruik
Heb ik soms onbewust een of ander contract in ireland afgesloten zonder dat ik het weet ?

Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer, your contract with Google is by law subject to an automatic right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Google heeft naast bv een gratis email account en je google drive/ youtube account ook betaalde versies van die producten..
zou dus niet wakker liggen van dat standaard "contract ' als je de gratis versies van die diensten gebruikt!
(bijna elk stuk gratis software - heeft tegenwoordig zo een text waar je op akkoord/i agree moet klikken voor te installeren toch ? )

Deze email kreeg ik in mijn postvak nadat ik gmail al had geinstalleerd.

Er staat een e-mailadres in je ontvangen mail voor support: support-eu@google.com
Ik zou er maar een mailtje aan wagen voor nadere uitleg.

Binnenkort komt Mozilla ook met een deels gratis web email dienst ! Thundermail!
Zou vergelijkbaar moeten zijn met Gmail of Hotmail/Live mail maar wel wat meer privacy...
