Picasa 3.9.0.138

Picasa is een zeer gebruikersvriendelijke fotobewerker die ontwikkeld wordt door Google en die goed integreert met de gratis online dienst Picasa Web.

Picasa 3.9.0.138 is vorige week uitgekomen. Deze versie van Googles fotobewerker lost diverse fouten op. Met name de nieuwe AutoBackup-functie is weer verbeterd. Zo zijn problemen en crashes gerepareerd en is de maximum bestandsgrootte verhoogt naar 50 MB.

AutoBackup zorgt ervoor dat alle foto's op je pc of Mac automatisch worden opgeslagen op je Google+ account. Zo heb je online een backup van je foto's - en kun je via je tablet, telefoon of laptop ook altijd bij je foto's via je Google+ Foto's account. Deze foto's zijn niet openbaar, dus alleen jij kunt ze zien (tenzij je ze wilt delen).

Verder is in deze uitgave van Picasa een fout opgelost waardoor met Opslaan en Opslaan als foto's niet altijd de juiste extensie kregen. Ook werkt het uploaden van video's weer correct.

Picasa is in het Nederlands te verkrijgen voor Windows XP, Vista, 7 en 8. Er is ook een versie voor Mac OS X.
