Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) is al jaren op GratisSoftware.nl een van de hoogstgewaardeerde spywareverwijderaars. Ook staat MBAM bekend als een van de meest effectieve anti-spyware oplossingen.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.0 is vandaag na bijna een jaar ontwikkeltijd eindelijk verschenen. MBAM 2.0 bevat onder andere een geheel herschreven detectie- en verwijder-engine en anti-rootkit functionaliteit.
Ook de interface is geheel op de schop gegaan. De betaalde Premium-versie beschikt over een zelfbeschermingsmodule (chameleon genaamd) en protectie tegen schadelijke websites en zero-day-bedreigingen.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is gratis te downloaden voor Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 en 8.1. Je kunt updaten vanuit het programma zelf of de nieuwe versie in zijn geheel downloaden. Aangezien 20% van de MBAM-gebruikers XP nog heeft blijft Malwarebytes Microsofts oude besturingssysteem ook na 8 april (de einddatum van XP) ondersteunen.

Issues Fixed
- Performance issues when streaming audio on Vista SP2 and newer when using Malicious Website Protection should now be resolved
