Google Chrome is de browser van Google die in 2008 geïntroduceerd is. Chrome behoort inmiddels met Internet Explorer en Firefox tot de top drie van meestgebruikte browsers.
Een eerste update voor Google Chrome 34 is vorige week verschenen. Deze uitgave is puur een beveiligingsupdate waarin 9 lekken worden dichtgeplakt. Ook wordt een nieuwe versie van de Flash plugin meegeleverd (waarin ook een kwetsbaarheid gerepareerd is). Geen nieuwe functionaliteit verder.
Google Chrome is gratis te downloaden voor Windows, Mac OS X en Linux. De browser wordt automatisch geüpdated, daar hoef je zelf niks voor te doen. Er zijn ook versies van Chrome voor iOS en Android.
This release also contains a Flash Player update, to version 13.0.0.206.
