Skype 6.3.0.105
Skype is de populairste voip-client, waarmee je wereldwijd gratis kunt (video)bellen via internet. Sinds 2011 heeft Microsoft Skype overgenomen.
Skype 6.3.0.105 is een onderhoudsupdate die gisteren uitgekomen is en heel veel kleine fouten en onvolkomenheden oplost. Details kun je hieronder nalezen.
Vanaf maart 2013 wordt Windows Live Messenger stopgezet en samengevoegd met Skype. Duidelijk is dat Microsoft zijn communicatie-diensten steeds verder gaat integreren en enkele sterke merken, zoals Skype en Outlook/Outlook.com wil overhouden. Windows Live Messenger/MSN en Hotmail zijn hiervan de slachtoffers.
Skype is te downloaden voor Windows XP/Vista/7/8. Er zijn ook versies voor Mac OS X, Linux, iPhone, Windows Phone en Android. Skype is in het Nederlands vertaald.
